We are looking for a senior, highly skilled Ruby on Rails developer to join our offshore team. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be comfortable working in US working hours and collaborating closely with US-based teams. The ideal candidate is an excellent coder with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Solve complex technical problems and improve system performance
- Collaborate with US-based engineering and product teams
- Review code and follow best engineering practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Contribute to technical documentation when required
Required Skills *1+ years of hands-on experience in software development *Strong experience with Ruby on Rails *Excellent coding and problem-solving skills *LeetCode Level 2 (or equivalent strong algorithmic skills) *Experience with REST APIs, databases, and web applications *Strong understanding of system design and architecture *Ability to work independently in a remote setup *Comfortable working US time zones
